Our Refund and Return Policy

For all electronic products (ebooks, audiobooks, etc.) or personalized merchandise (signed paperbacks): NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
For printed books and non-personalized merchandise: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Books or merchandise with obvious signs of use are NOT returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be approved by us before returning.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of the original purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns MUST be pre-approved before shipping to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will refund your fee if we can’t provide a format you are happy with during the first draft process. After you have approved the formatting and we have formatted your book, no refund will be made. We offer up to five revisions in the first draft stage to ensure you are happy with the work we do for you.
All contracts are binding, and services are deemed to being on the date of purchase. Any consulting sessions or packages, either individual or group, are non-refundable. We are dedicated to guiding you in your Indie Publishing journey, and as part of that you need to be committed to and fully invested in the process. You can’t do that if refunds are an option. BEFORE signing up for any sessions or packages, it is to YOUR benefit to decide that I am the right person to work with you and to commit to doing the work. We’re 100% here for you, you need to be as well.
Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so by providing 24-hour notice in advance. You may reschedule your appointment once to the next available session type. Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance are not eligible for makeups or rescheduling. To receive the full benefits, it is important for you to prioritize this work.
