Is Your Author Business Ready for Success?

There are many things you need in your author business for it to be successful. It can be daunting to think about putting everything needed into place when you start your business. Many of these we need when we start, others we can add as we grow our businesses, and some are ongoing processes.

After working with small businesses over many years, these are my business success top 10 items which I feel every author business (really any business) needs to be successful. If you haven’t already implemented any of these items, I highly encourage you to consider what you need to do to add them to your business processes.
